The PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course, teaches you how to have a better control of your buoyancy in order to reduce your effort while moving and your air consumption. With the buoyancy skills you’ll earn you can protect your equipment from abrasions, avoid damaging marine life and therefore enjoy your dive, comfortably and safely.

During the course, you will learn how to have a better control of your buoyancy through the execution of exercises, like buoyancy check, detailed buoyancy adjustments, weights position and distribution and underwater efficiency.

PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course consist of two phases:
•  Knowledge development (1 theoretical module carried out through eLearning).
•  One dive in the pool and one dive in the sea

DURATION

Scuba diving lessons are done in two days and can be scheduled on dates already defined or any other date to be agreed with the participants during working hours or after work. We do scuba diving courses with only one participant without any extra cost.
