The Hi-Res Compact ergometer – is primarily designed for 200m Athletes, Canoe Polo players and Slalom paddlers.
It is specifically designed and intended to offer a resistance level which is approximately 15-20% higher than our standard version. Typically it is not recommended for standard use default resistance is typically too high to offer a replicative “flow” of technique. 200m Specific Athletes, Polo players and Slalom paddlers will however will gain benefit from the increased resistance and the training effect of this higher resistance product.
